General Terms

(hereinafter – Seller) the terms of use of the online store www.kepaoil.com (hereinafter – Terms) apply to every visitor and user of the website www.kepaoil.com (hereinafter – Client). The Client confirms that they have the right to register and purchase Goods in accordance with these Terms. If the Client places an order and makes payment, it is considered that they have read and agree to the Terms.

Legal Regulation

The mutual relations between the Seller and the Client are determined by these Terms and the regulatory acts of the Republic of Latvia, including the Consumer Rights Protection Law and Cabinet Regulation No.255 “Regulations on Distance Contracts”.

Order Placement

All product prices displayed on the website are indicated in EUR currency and include taxes. The Client places an order by adding goods to the “cart” and filling in the required fields. The Client is responsible for the accuracy of the provided data. The Seller is not responsible for losses arising from incorrect data.

Order Fulfillment and Delivery

The order fulfillment time is from 3 to 5 business days depending on the delivery location. The Client has the right to cancel the order within an hour after placing it. Delivery is provided throughout Europe using PASTS.LV.

If the Buyer uses www.kepaoil.com online store services, it is considered that they consent to the processing of personal data. The data is used for order processing, delivery, and preparation of accounting documents. Product Return or Exchange

According to the law, the Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal and refuse the ordered goods in the manner specified in the Terms.

Product Price and Use of Coupons

Goods are sold at prices valid at the time of placing the order. The Seller reserves the right to change prices and set discounts or coupons with a specific term and value.

Dispute Resolution

In case of disagreements, the parties try to resolve them through negotiation. If this is not possible, the Client may submit a complaint by sending it to the Seller's e-mail or address.

Force Majeure

The Seller is not responsible for non-fulfillment of obligations due to force majeure circumstances, such as a state of emergency, terrorism, or natural or climate disasters.
